Window Horses - Behind the Curtains

This poem first appeared in “Breathless: the Book of Anne”, written by Ann Marie Fleming when she was an artist in residence at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Germany in 1996. She spent a lot of time in her room, looking out of her window, trying to write. This poem was brought to life by the wonderful Montreal animator, Janet Perlman.
